Role : Network Manager
Location : Fall River, MA (onsite)
In person interview required
This will convert to full time after 6 to 12 months
Need someone that has some management/leadership experience, but not a ton.
Ensure the bank s network infrastructure and supporting staff operate in an efficient and secure environment. Works closely with bank business lines to ensure systems and technology are aligned with their needs to successfully obtain the bank s goals and strategic initiatives. Assists in strengthening the banks vendors and partnerships to ensure that the full value is being obtained from their services.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Responsible for ensuring all Network Management / Infrastructure duties are performed in compliance with internal policies, procedures, regulatory guidance, and industry best practices.
Manage performance and development of IT staff, including performance reviews, feedback, coaching, and training.
Define team member roles and responsibilities to ensure there are no single points of failure within the department through cross training and knowledge transfer.
Act as a member of the bank s Disaster Recovery Team to assist and provide guidance for the bank s Business Continuity Plan
Manage and maintain the bank s Disaster Recovery Plan to ensure that all backup and recovery procedures are following the expected RTOs and RPOs set within the bank s Business Continuity Plan.
Ensure IT policies, procedures and documentation are updated as required.
Install, configure, manage, secure, and optimize the LAN, WAN, and Datacenter infrastructure.
Oversee and manage the bank s IT software and hardware life cycle policy to ensure that all technology is covered under the proper manufacturer support and maintenance.
Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation to improve efficiency and increase performance.
Completes other projects as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor s degree in information technology field or similar combination of training and experience
Minimum of five years progressive experience in all aspects of banking operations, including managerial, planning, and organizational skills.
Extensive knowledge of Windows based environments and the Microsoft 365 platform
Cisco, VMware and/or Microsoft Certifications
Extensive knowledge in Cyber Security, CISSP certificate or equivalent.
Strong customer service skillset and experience working in a fast-paced environment.

EFFORT:
Able to meet strict deadlines.
Work includes changing priorities for multiple, simultaneous projects.
Needs to be able to move about inside the office space to access file cabinets, office equipment, etc. May work in closets / confined storage areas.
Essential to follow written and verbal directions.
Requires occasional lifting/ carrying equipment/ boxes of up to 50 pounds within work area
