Bachelor's degree with 5 years of experience as Program Manager in supply chain analysis, strategic planning, Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel, SQL, and data visualization software.Experience with ERP (SAP ECC, Oracle), Supply chain planning systems (ex. O9), Project management, and MS ExcelExcellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex information to diverse audiences.Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with stakeholders at all levels.Experience with program phase and in-flight activities, Supporting key business activities (testing/requirements, go-live planning), Cross functionality collaboration through attending and hosting various meetings/standupsExperience with Process Improvement, Project Support, Performance Metrics, Stakeholder Engagement, Data Analysis and Reporting
