UAT Tester (Automation testing with Sharepoint)

Role: UAT Tester (Automation testing with Sharepoint)
LOCATION: Plano: TX (onsite 3x a week)

MUST HAVES: Automation Testing

Looking for a lead level UAT tester with CCAR and Legal platform testing requirements as a UAT tester, E2E tester and Share point development

Position Summary: [Functional Testing, End to end testing and UAT Tester]

This role would be responsible for supporting CACR and Legal platform testing requirements as a UAT tester, E2E tester, Share point development

The key requirements for this role would be:
Primary Skill:

Agile tools (Jira), Agile Methodology, SDLC, STLC, qTest, Octane, database testing, end to end testing, data flow testing, UAT scripting and testing, Batch Jobs

Required Role and Experience:

1. Experienced in developing use cases and test scripts to validate data flow from end to end testing context.
2. Differentiate between functional and user testing requirements and able to document UAT test scripts.
3. Collaborate with business on continuous improvement in test coverage and represent business on effective test coverage.
4. Collaborate with SQE, SRE and other cross functional teams on improving test coverage and traceability of UAT scripts
5. Manage and maintain sharepoint usage for UAT testing.
6. Design and develop data base end to end testing flows and queries to validate the data integrity
6. Develop and Report the deviation/defects to requirements per feature team per release.
7. Collaborate with feature teams to triage reported defects
8. Follow the SDLC and STCL for each release cycle
9. Manage specific JIRA dashboards to assist in defects triage
10. Capture trends and RCA for overall qualitative improvements on UAT related defects
11. Help in analyzing and triaging the UAT defect to determine the areas for improvements
12. Devise automation process for automatically executing these UAT scripts in LLE and production for effective monitoring
13. Identify/Contribute impact to release artifact versions across functional teams for LLE for Audit and Legal portfolio
14. Develop metrics and trends on UAT issues which would assist in sustaining quality improvements.
15. Provide daily compliance and test reports.
16. Educating feature teams on how to adhere to test requirements and mitigate non-compliance risks.
17. Ensure effectiveness and currency of test scripts to support effective UAT testing.
18. Ensure test scripts are properly designed to identify all UAT requirements, workflows, user access and roles, exceptions and errors.
19. Performs effective root cause analysis and obtains corrective action plans from lines of business.
20. Provide daily compliance and test reports.
