- Coordinate with suppliers to manage and track orders, ensuring timely delivery
- Assist in the preparation of quotes and pricing for customer inquiries
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing parts-related questions and concerns
- Work collaboratively with mechanics and technicians to identify parts requirements for service orders
- Conduct regular audits of inventory to identify discrepancies and optimize stock levels
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional training in logistics or inventory management is a plus
- Previous experience in a parts coordination or inventory management role is preferred
- Strong computer skills, including proficiency in inventory management software and Microsoft Office
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team
- Proven problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to lift and move heavy parts safely when necessary
