Description:
Industrial Air Centers is seeking a talented Parts Coordinator in their Jeffersonville, IN location.
Responsibilities:
- Enter/Modify/Receive purchase orders
- Enter backorders and invoices
- Issue inventory to service calls and post
- Add charges on service calls and post
- Transfer inventory from one location to another and post
- Print past invoices for customer requests
- Process credit card transactions
- Load/Unload shipments
- Track shipments incoming/outgoing
- Stock inventory
- Package parcel shipments and process using Fed Ex or World Ship
- Fill customer orders, stock orders for branches, and daily requests of parts from service
- Receive/Research/Respond to customer/service/sales requests via telephone/fax/e-mail
- Participate in physical inventory counts
- Assist in any department as reasonable needed and assigned
- Maintain prompt and regular attendance
- Must be able to lift up to 55 lbs.
- Keep warehouse organized and clean at all times.
- Assemble and prepare skids of parts to ship customers
- 3-5 years experience in customer service and service department support
- Previous experience working in a parts department or role is strongly preferred.
- Professional written and verbal communication
- Strong computer skills utilizing a variety of different computer programs
- Able to independently complete job tasks with little or no supervision
- Exhibit appropriate social interaction with customers and IAC associates
