About the Role:
As a Spare Parts Coordinator, you’ll serve the Customer Service team by coordinating the delivery of spare parts and equipment. All in all, you'll be a valuable member of our Customer Service team, supporting our efforts to build lasting relationships and deliver on our promises. We’ll appreciate your attention to detail as you work on a cross functional team to ensure that all equipment is considered. Sound like you? Read on.
In this role, you will…
- Act as the primary point of contact to all relevant cross-functional stakeholders including Project Managers, Buyers, and Finance regarding all aspects of spare parts operations.
- Quickly process customer orders, ensuring a high level of accuracy.
- Define, develop, and implement spare part management processes.
- Maintain an accurate and effective parts inventory control system.
- Build a recommended spare parts list.
- Track orders and report the status to appropriate members of the Project Management team.
