As the Site Lead (Janitorial), you will oversee and ensure the cleanliness and maintenance of commercial facilities. Reporting to the Area Supervisor, your core responsibilities will include managing janitorial staff, implementing cleaning protocols, and maintaining floor care standards. Your bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish will facilitate effective communication with team members and clients. With your experience in custodial services and relevant skills in industrial cleaning and facilities maintenance, you will play a vital role in creating a safe and welcoming environment for all occupants. Location: Sweetwater Country Club
Site Lead/Supervisor:
- Pay Rate: $15-17 per hour based on experience.
- Schedule: Open 7 days a week / Shift 7:30 p.m. - 12:30 a.m. (40 hours per week) Rotating weekends.
- Bilingual Required: English & Spanish
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour
Expected hours: 35 – 40 per week
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
- Night shift
- Rotating weekends
Education:
- High school or equivalent (Preferred)
Ability to Relocate:
