team. The primary objective of this role is to establish and nurture commercial business relationships on both a local and regional basis. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in expanding our client base. This position requires a consultative selling approach to address the pain points of potential clients in various segments, including Commercial Offices, Senior Living, Hospitality, Government, and more.
Key Responsibilities:
● ** Build Business Relationships: Develop and nurture commercial business
relationships within the local and regional market to expand our client base.
● ** Referral Partner Network: Create and manage a network of referral partners with a
high potential to refer work to our company.
● **Prospecting: Utilize a consultative selling approach to prospect for new clients,
understanding their pain points and providing effective solutions.
● Collaboration: Collaborate closely with operations peers and leadership to accelerate
the sales process, enhance the prospect/customer connection to our brand, and ensure
an extraordinary customer experience.
● Operations Coordination: Work closely with the operations department to facilitate
seamless service delivery and pave the way for future projects.
Major Functions:
● Business Development: Employ various business development approaches to attract
new clients.
● Client Outreach: Reach out to potential clients through calls, emails, in-person visits,
and LinkedIn networking.
● Pipeline Management: Build and maintain a robust pipeline of local prospects to drive
sales growth.
● Performance Tracking: Monitor and track client satisfaction, inbound leads, and total
revenue generated to evaluate and improve sales strategies.
● Follow-ups: Revisit old customer files and conduct follow-ups to explore potential
opportunities for repeat business.
