Summary: In this role you will perform analyses, data management, and research, while understanding data source and business processes and how they fit into overall business needs. You will interpret trends, regulatory changes, and / or forecasts and anticipates impact for the company. Responsibilities: Research and identify relevant data sources; incorporates understanding of business drivers into analysis. Define requirement dashboards and reports that enable information sharing with stakeholders. Work closely with stakeholders (internal and external / members) to ensure quality and timely project delivery. Establish and maintain relationships with stakeholders to effectively manage expectations. Prepare analysis and related recommendations in accordance to established guidelines or client needs; communicate outcomes back to internal and external audiences. May present recommendations to manager and provide guidance in selecting from different alternatives. Assist with planning and participate in stakeholder meetings to gather requirements and / or understand current business processes. Receive minimal guidance to develop and maintain data sets. Requirements: Relevant degree preferred. 2 or more years of relevant experience required. Strong analytical and data analysis skills and experience required. Strong skills with MS SQL and PowerPoint required. Healthcare data analysis experience preferred. Self-motivated and detailed-oriented with excellent presentation and communication skills.
