JOB SUMMARY
The Senior Analyst, Investor Relations, serves as a key member of the Investor Relations team, supporting the company’s efforts to communicate its strategy, performance, and outlook to the investment community. This role requires a CPA designation and a strong foundation in financial analysis, accounting, and communications to enhance stakeholder engagement and contribute to the company’s capital market strategy.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS (Key Responsibilities)
- Investor Communications: Assist in preparing earnings releases, investor presentations, and other external communication materials, ensuring accuracy and alignment with corporate messaging.
- Financial Analysis: Analyze financial results and market trends to support messaging for investors, analysts, and other external stakeholders.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Participate in interactions with analysts and investors, including responding to inquiries, and coordinate meetings, roadshows, and investor conferences.
- Reporting: Assist with quarterly and annual reports, including SEC filings, in collaboration with the Finance and Legal teams to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Market Intelligence: Monitor and analyze industry trends, competitor performance, and investor sentiment to provide actionable insights to senior management.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the Finance, Accounting, and Legal teams to ensure consistency and clarity in financial disclosures and investor materials.
- Ad Hoc Projects: Support strategic projects related to capital markets, investor targeting, and corporate messaging initiatives.
EDUCATIONAL & EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. CPA designation is required.
- 3 years of experience in accounting, financial reporting, FP&A, or investment analysis; experience in investor relations is a plus.
- Strong knowledge of GAAP and SEC reporting requirements.
- Exceptional analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in financial modeling, Microsoft Excel, and data visualization tools.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to distill complex financial information into clear and concise messages.
- High level of professionalism and ability to interact with senior executives and external stakeholders.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
