Objective

10 Federal is seeking an Investment Portfolio Analyst to support investment, fund, and portfolio management activities. This role will be responsible for building financial reports, managing investor relations reporting, and supporting data-driven decision-making across the portfolio. The ideal candidate will work with finance, capital markets, acquisitions, and data science teams to enhance portfolio performance and investment strategy.

Responsibilities :

  • Oversee internal and external investment reporting for fund and portfolio management.
  • Manage and optimize 10 Federal’s portfolio and asset management platform to track financial performance.
  • Provide insights into financial data, investment performance, and key portfolio metrics.
  • Lead the preparation of quarterly investor reports, working with the finance and capital markets team.
  • Manage ad hoc investor requests and ensure timely and accurate responses.
  • Develop customized financial and performance reports in collaboration with finance and accounting teams through the accounting system.
  • Prepare investor presentation materials for meetings and fund updates.
  • Support the acquisitions team by preparing the investment committee materials and evaluating new investment opportunities.
  • Build market research reports using external and proprietary tools to assess industry trends and competitive positioning.
  • Work with the data science team to help conceptualize and apply their findings to investment strategies.

    • Qualifications :

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or Business Administration required.
  • Master’s degree, MBA, or MS in Finance, Data Analytics, or Investment Management preferred.
  • Strong financial analysis and modeling skills with experience in investment reporting, portfolio management, or asset management.
  • Proficiency in financial systems and reporting tools, including accounting software, BI tools, or portfolio management platforms.
  • Ability to communicate complex financial data in a clear and concise manner for investor reporting and decision-making.
  • Strong analytical and research skills to extract insights from financial data and market trends.
  • Experience working cross-functionally with finance, accounting, acquisitions, and capital markets teams.
  • Familiarity with Python for data analysis and automation (preferred).
  • Comfortable using Microsoft Suite (Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint, Lists, Planner).
  • Experience with project management tools like Asana, Trello, or Microsoft Project.
  • Knowledge of reporting and accounting software such as Tableau, QuickBooks, or ERP systems.

    • Physical Demands :

  • Must be able to work in an open office environment, cubicle, and / or private office, as assigned.
  • Ability to sit or stand for extended periods of time.
  • Manual dexterity and visual acuity to operate computer systems and other office tools.
