Job Responsibilities: The following represents some major areas of concern in General Education. Other areas in the General Education field will be required to fulfill all the needs of the classroom.

• Develop and implement lesson plans aligned with state and district curriculum standards.
• Utilize a variety of instructional strategies to cater to diverse learning styles and abilities within the classroom.
• Monitor and assess student progress, adjusting instruction as needed to ensure all students meet learning objectives.
• Establish and maintain a positive, inclusive, and respectful classroom environment conducive to learning.
• Implement effective behavior management strategies to address any behavioral challenges that may arise.
• Foster a culture of mutual respect and cooperation among students, encouraging a safe and supportive learning community.

Qualifications Required:

• Active general education teacher license for the state of NH
• B.A./B.S. degree is required, with preferred classroom experience.
• 2 years of experience working as a general education teacher.
