Able to effectively communicate with all levels of employees across the institution. Maintains strict confidentiality of all payroll information.Essential Duties & Responsibilities, including but not limited to:
Responsibilities include:
- Review employee Kronos timecards for accuracy and completeness.
- Run and review payroll reports for correctness and completeness.
- Respond to payroll inquiries and concerns from employees or managers.
- Process Kronos historical corrections.
- Process on-demand payments.
- Interprets departmental and institutional policies to assist employees.
- Perform wage verifications.
- Generate periodic payroll reports for management to review.
