- Responsible for timely and accurate processing of the bi-weekly payroll. Provides excellent customer service to employees regarding all payroll related questions. Able to effectively communicate with all levels of employees across the institution. Maintains strict confidentiality of all payroll information.
Responsibilities include
- Review employee Kronos timecards for accuracy and completeness.
- Run and review payroll reports for correctness and completeness.
- Respond to payroll inquiries and concerns from employees or managers.
- Process Kronos historical corrections.
- Process on-demand payments.
- Interprets departmental and institutional policies to assist employees.
- Perform wage verifications.
- Generate periodic payroll reports for management to review.
