Job Title: PX Excellence Associate
Reports to: Sr. Director, PX Excellence
Location: Goleta, CA
The Role
The PX Excellence Associate provides administrative and operational support to Chief People Officer and PX Excellence team. This role is a crucial member of the team and acts as a “hub” ensuring the smooth functioning of the broader team.

Your Impact
The primary functions of this role, include but are not limited to:
Executive Assistance to Chief People Officer
- Provide administrative support including, calendar management, arranging Teams/Zoom calls, booking travel, coordinating meetings/events, and submitting expenses reports in a timely and accurate manner.
PX Excellence Administration
- Assist in overseeing key PX projects, ensuring deadlines and deliverables are met.
- Support the execution of strategic initiatives by coordinating activities, tracking progress, and ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
- Facilitate communication and collaboration between various PX functions and departments.
- Assist with managing the global PX Teams chat/channel and help condition people to use it as a source for critical updates.
- Provide operational support to PX leadership, assisting with team meetings, documentation, and reporting as needed.
PX Department Budget Support
- Assist in the preparation, monitoring, and management of the PX department’s budget, ensuring expenses align with the department’s financial goals.
- Ensure PX leaders track and reconcile department expenditures, ensuring they are within budgetary constraints.
PX Calendar Management
- Manage the Global PX Meeting cadence and agenda to ensure teams are focused on the right priorities.
- Organize, prepare, coordinate, and run meetings including running the agendas, gathering information/documents, coordination, follow up on action items and summarize meeting notes and core insights and takeaways.

We’d love to hear from people with
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in HR, executive assistance, and/or operations support.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and HR software (e.g., HRIS, payroll systems).
- Experience in project management is a plus.

$29.50 - $31.50 Hourly
The salary range posted reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for this role in our Goleta, CA location. Individual pay will be determined by location and additional factors, including job related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
