The Global Brand Insight Team inspires the teams we partner with by identifying and addressing the most important questions to our brands and overall business
that deliver long term brand growth. We apply, advance and role model the fundamentals of the BF Way of Brand Building to deliver strategy, planning,
insights and capability growth that lead to growth ideas. Reporting to the VP Global Insights & Performance Director, this role will partner
with the OF, WR, and Tequilas Brands Global Brands teams, providing strategic insights leadership in both Global and North America.
What You Can Expect
Leads the Insights function for OF, WR, and Tequilas Brands as well as executing Global Strategy, leadership, and capabilities development, along with the Global Insights Leadership & Performance Team
Actively contributes to the development of short and long-term business strategies
Leads and develops a “best-in-class” team of Global Insights professionals, managing evolving business requirements relative to the roles, structure and capability needs of the team
Performance Leadership Team on thought leadership projects that support the Insights and Marketing imperatives
Demonstrates through application and stakeholder/team edification a strong understanding of strategic quantitative and qualitative work and its application to the development of Global Brands
Actively leads a communication strategy that ensures relevant information are reaching the appropriate decision-makers in a timely fashion
Leverages consumer, shopper and category trends to identify and recommend strategic future growth potential for the business
In partnership with Consumer Experiences Team, establishes consistent processes and frameworks for converting emerging data (e.g. on-line behavioral and digital data ) into actionable insights that drive brand strategy and growth
Leads the ongoing evolution and communication of consistent and efficient ways of working across the Global Brands Insights team to apply emerging IMC data to optimize decision-making
In partnership with the Global Insights and Performance Leadership Team, take a leadership role in guiding and implementing Global Strategic Projects
Reporting to the VP Global Insights & Performance Director, this role will partner with the OF, WR, and Tequilas Brands Global Brands teams, providing strategic insights leadership in both Global and North America.
Serves as a Marketing Capability Champion, collaborating with various internal stakeholders to help advance marketing capabilities within the Global Brands organization
What You Bring to the Table
Education: College/University (Bachelors or Equivalent);
Experience: 12 years experience working client and/or agency side in an Insights organization
Strong technical and statistical skills and expertise in quantitative and qualitative research methodologies
Experience working with key external agencies and suppliers (Insights, Creative, Media, etc.)
Experience developing, leading, and managing a team
Proven ability to give clear feedback and development coaching
Experience working in a portfolio and highly-matrixed organization
Strong understanding of marketing principles, brand growth strategies, and building brand foundations
What Makes You Unique
Education: Masters Degree (M.A., MBA or Equivalent);
Experience: Leadership demonstrating a high EQ and cultural curiosity
Global experience and/or experience working in different markets
Beverage alcohol industry experience
Experience working on Iconic brands
