Senior Associate Clinical Contracts & Budgets Live What you will do Let’s do this. Let’s change the world. In this vital role you will manage the end to end process for clinical site contracts and clinical trial related consulting agreements (including contract and amendment negotiation, distribution, signature, archiving). Additional responsibilities include: Support resolution of contract issues Support site-related questions regarding Amgen Payment System Maintain contract tracking in appropriate systems Find opportunities and standard methodologies with local and regional partners that will contribute to overall operational efficiency Responsible for providing information for entry into systems Responsible for reviewing and approving, with Law guidance, applicable changes within site ICF templates Win What we expect of you We are all different, yet we all use our unique contributions to serve patients. Basic Qualifications Master’s degree OR Bachelor’s degree & 2 years of clinical contracting experience OR Associates degree & 6 years of clinical contracting experience OR High school diploma / GED & 8 years of clinical contracting experience Preferred Qualifications BA/BS/BSc in Finance or Accounting 5 years’ work experience in clinical research experience obtained working on clinical trials in a biotech, pharmaceutical or CRO company Knowledge of contracting processes in the US Thrive Some of the vast rewards of working here As we work to develop treatments that take care of others, so we work to care for our teammates’ professional and personal growth and well-being.
