Team Description Sabre Hospitality Solutions is looking for a talented Contributor Systems Integrations. The Integration team is responsible for the integration of enterprise-wide products to help support our customers. We are a global team of specialists that work with hotel customers and third party vendors to integrate their systems with Sabre products. Oversees the completion of customer solutions and strategies based on the analysis of the customer's business goals, objectives, needs and general business environment. Provides project and technical experience. Role and Responsibilities Perform integration of hotels with third party systems, like Central Reservation Systems, Property Management Systems and Revenue Management Systems. Manage a set of cases, on time and with high quality. Work with internal and third-party resources to execute on the delivery of multiple Hospitality Solutions projects. Ensure high quality, time sensitive integrations are performed with great customer service. Manage SLA’s and on time delivery of services using Salesforce. Requirements Advanced English level both verbal and written 1-2 years of general knowledge of Systems and how they work together. Ideally in a SAAS experience. Familiarity with API’s and how they work. General understanding on how to read XML and understand how it works between multiple systems. General understanding of Security principles (PCI, PII, GDPR) and how user management systems work. Technical skills, including ability to read and understand log files, send test messages, troubleshooting connectivity issues. Ability to manage a case load within Salesforce.
