The Creative Project Manager will be a key member of the marketing team, responsible for overseeing creative projects, designing high-quality assets, producing video content, and leading campaign execution. This role supports the Creative Director and Graphic Designer in delivering top-tier creative work across email, social media, and marketing campaigns. The Creative Project Manager will also manage the tradeshow calendar and provide onsite support at events. The ideal candidate is highly organized, skilled in graphic design and video editing, and able to manage multiple creative initiatives from concept to completion.Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Design and produce digital assets including email blasts, social media graphics, event materials, and marketing campaigns.
- Create and edit video content for campaigns, social media, events, and brand initiatives.
- Manage multiple creative projects, ensuring all deadlines and brand standards are met.
- Support the Creative Director and Graphic Designer with day-to-day creative needs and special projects.
- Lead the creation, development, and execution of new marketing campaigns.
- Manage the tradeshow calendar, coordinate logistics, and attend events to support branding efforts.
- Collaborate across departments to gather project requirements and deliver creative solutions.
- Maintain organized project files, timelines, and task lists for all creative initiatives.
- Ensure consistency in brand messaging, design, and tone across all channels.
- Stay updated on industry trends, marketing best practices, and creative technologies.
Required Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred (or equivalent professional experience).
- 3–5 years of professional experience in graphic design, creative project management, or marketing.
- Strong portfolio showcasing digital design work and video projects.
- Proven experience managing creative projects with cross-functional teams.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro or similar video editing software).
- Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple deadlines.
- Excellent eye for detail, creativity, and brand storytelling.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to work across teams and with leadership.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to travel occasionally for tradeshows and events.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with marketing automation platforms (like HubSpot, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, or similar).
- Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS is a plus.
- Experience with event planning or tradeshow management.
Work Hours:
- Full-time, 8am – 5pm PST, with occasional travel as needed for tradeshows/events.
