To oversee the daily operations and maintenance of our facilities. This role ensures a safe, functional, and well-maintained work environment by coordinating repairs, managing vendors, and supporting facility-related projects.• Oversee the maintenance, repairs, and cleanliness of the facility.
• Coordinate with vendors and service providers for repairs, cleaning, security, and other facility needs.
• Assist with office space planning, seating arrangements, and workstation setups.
• Monitor and maintain inventory of office and facility supplies.
• Manage all cameras, card accesses, and building security alarms for the facilities.
• Ensure compliance with safety, health, and environmental regulations.
• Respond to facility-related requests from employees and resolve issues promptly.
• Track and manage facility-related expenses and assist in budgeting.
• Support company events and office moves by coordinating logistics.
• Maintain records of maintenance schedules, service agreements, and facility documentation.
• Other tasks as needed or assigned.
