Job Description:
We’re looking for an experienced VP of Contact Center Operations, that has an exceptional background in leading contact center operations that maximized sales growth and expanded a business portfolio. In this role, you will scale our company within the Medicare industry by designing and implementing effective strategies that will drive our business goals.
Responsibilities:
- Strategic Leadership & Development: You will lead and develop our management team by creating performance metrics (KPIs) and score card evaluations that foster a culture of continuous improvement.
- Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) Partnership: Collaborate with our BPO partners to provide consultation that optimizes technical platforms, enhances process strategies, and supports BPO solutions.
- Culture Champion: You are a people-first business leader that brings a mixture of heart, policy-driven compliance, and an analytical mindset that delivers results. Provide mentorship and development to the leadership team and team members reporting up to this position.
- Change Management: Identify, embrace and lead change, and be able to disseminate messages to the team at large in a manner that will be easily understood and acted upon.
Experience:
- At least 10 years of executive leadership experience in call center operations (Preferably, in an outbound call center environment).
- Strong analytical skills with a proven track record of driving results to achieve business goals.
- Exceptional communication skills and a robust ability to lead by example in all directions to achieve goals.
- The ability to identify and mentor the next generation of leaders.
- The ability to take an idea from a vision to an actionable reality through internal and external partnerships.
- The capability to develop and maintain strong interpersonal relationships at all levels internally and externally.
