Key Responsibilities:
- Provide strategic leadership and oversight of all culinary operations across the hospitality group’s properties, ensuring each culinary experience meets the highest standards of quality, service, and innovation.
- Develop and implement seasonal and signature menus that align with the unique brand identity and luxury standards of the hospitality group, while incorporating global culinary trends and local flavors.
- Lead, inspire, and mentor a team of executive chefs, culinary managers, and kitchen staff, creating a culture of excellence, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
- Oversee food and beverage cost management, ensuring efficient and profitable kitchen operations while maintaining the highest quality ingredients.
