Responsibilities for Front Desk Agent
- Customer service for future and current students
- Answer phone calls and reply emails
- Receive payments, issue receipts and keep record
- Update and organize registration forms and other documents
Qualifications for Front Desk Agent
- Mandarin and English Bilingual required
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- Excellent customer service skills
- Amazing interpersonal abilities
- Ability to handle multiple tasks at once
- Detail-oriented, organized and attentive
- Word, Excel, Powerpoint Skills
