In Home Caregiver

Job Summary
We are seeking compassionate and experienced caregivers to join our team at 101 Home Care Agency, LLC. As a caregiver with our agency, you will provide high-quality, patient-centered care to our clients in the comfort of their own homes.

Duties

• Provide personal care services, including bathing, grooming, and dressing assistance.
• Assist clients with mobility and transfers to ensure safety.
• Monitor and document clients' health status, reporting any changes to the appropriate healthcare professionals.
• Medications reminder and assist with medical equipment as needed.
• Engage clients in social activities and provide companionship to enhance emotional well-being.
• Maintain a clean and safe environment by performing light housekeeping tasks.
• Support clients with meal preparation and nutritional needs.
• Collaborate with family members and healthcare teams to develop personalized care plans.

Experience

• Previous experience in caregiving or a related healthcare field is preferred, particularly in settings of one on one.
• Familiarity with medical-surgical care practices is advantageous.
• Experience working in specialized areas such as PICU or OR is a plus but not required.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently while maintaining professionalism at all times.
• A genuine passion for providing care and support to individuals in need is essential for success in this role.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, PRN

Pay: $15.92 - $18.00 per hour
