Job Description: We are seeking a highly motivated and professional Customer Service Manager to join our team in a small office environment. The ideal candidate will have exceptional phone skills, strong interpersonal abilities, enjoy supporting the (office and sales) teams and a dedication to maintaining professionalism in all interactions. Above average phone communication skills are required. Proficiency in computer use and excellent writing skills are also essential for success in this role
.Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and respond timely, and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person interactions with warmth and efficiency.
- Coordinate with and support the field sales teams in Chattanooga and Knoxville.
- Draft, edit, and proofread correspondence, reports, and other written materials to ensure clear and effective communication.
- Utilize computer systems and office software to maintain records, track customer interactions, and support office operations.
- Coordinate office activities, including scheduling appointments and maintaining an organized workspace.
- Assist in creating a positive and welcoming atmosphere for clients and team members alike.
- Uphold high standards of professionalism in all communications and actions, representing the company positively.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring satisfaction and loyalty.
- Take ownership of customer complaints and follow through to resolution in a timely manner.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in customer service or office management roles.
- Excellent phone communication skills with a friendly and professional demeanor.
