Your Responsibilities as a Customer Care Representative :
- Represents the company through telephone customer contact as a Call Center Representative.
- Answers calls, sets appointments, and provides exceptional customer service.
- Follows up with customers on a variety of issues / occasion
- Keeps customer records and files current and updated, as well as sending customers information about the company and / or services performed.
- Performs administrative functions to support all departments as needed.
- Regular and punctual attendance. Ability to work overtime if needed.
