AR Job Description
As an Associate Business Services Analyst, you will collaborate with teams, including Sales, Treasury & Credit, Center of Excellence/Ops Support, Finance, Data Management, and Customer Order Management. Your role is important to ensuring efficient financial processes and compliance. You will improve deduction management, supporting both internal and third-party outsourced teams, ensuring positive service level metrics and providing reports to partners. Additionally, you'll work with partners to guide compliance of processes. Understanding the upstream and downstream impacts of the cash and document scanning process is important. Furthermore, you'll contribute to Accounts Receivable transformational projects. If you're a problem-solver we invite you to join our team and shape the future together!
You Will:
- Ensure service level success by partnering with our outsourcing partner in deduction management, specifically in our Foodservice and Canada segments.
- Work with internal and external partners to guide compliance of processes
- Monitor important metrics, identify trends, and guide resolution to increase cash flow
- Develop data-driven recommendations that lead to applicable improvements in Accounts Receivable
- Implement recommended improvements to enhance operational efficiency by leveraging people, process, and technology.
- Demonstrate the ability to work in an Agile Methodology
- Informally lead teams by providing guidance, training, and peer coaching
- Be an escalation point for internal and external partners
You Have:
- Bachelor's degree in business related field
- 1 years of experience
- Knowledge of accounts receivable and collections
- Analytical experience
- Power of BI experience
- SAP S/4 or SAP ECC experience

Compensation:
Pay Range:$59,000-$78,000The annual salary listed above is the expected offering for this position. An employee’s actual annual salary will be based on but not limited to: location, relevant experience/level and skillset, while balancing internal Conagra employees’ equity. Conagra Brands will comply with applicable law regarding minimum salaries for exempt employees.
