Senior Sales Analyst, Walmart

As Senior Sales Analyst, reporting to our Vice President of Sales, you will maintain data and reporting to support our Walmart Frozen and Refrigerated sales team with a focus on frozen meals. This requires an understanding of forecasting and trade management, proactive customer communication, and ability to execute brand plans at Walmart. You will gather data through multiple sources to create reports to support sales reviews, customer business reviews, trends, pricing, and item distribution.

Your Impact:

• Lead analytical efforts for the Frozen and Refrigerated sales team
• Be a field expert with our corporate team. Assist Vice President and corporate team/departments with higher level data gathering at a category level.
• Help with investigations and documentation of post-audits.
• Use syndicated data (i.e. Circana) and appropriate tools to identify trends in market share and distribution to grow the business.
• Monitor Customer Service Center accuracy with trade events.
• Research deductions.
• Report on and analyze planned versus volume variances by using trade event analysis reporting; conduct post event analysis.
• Assist the team in developing incremental promotional programs to improve volume and profit.
• Coordinate meetings with Customer Business Managers on forecasting, systems training, and post promotion analysis reviews.
• Acquire ad circulars (AdView).
• Help provide current sales trend information and insights to support development of the team's customer plan.
• Be the central point of contract for the Customer Supply Chain Center as it relates to both order/pricing and deductions.

Your Experience:

• Bachelor's Degree required.
• 3 years experience in a CPG broker or sales support role.
• Advanced technical abilities in Luminate; Excel for pivot tables and v lookups.
• Experience coordinating and manipulating data to support business analysis.
• Understanding of the customer with an ability to identify potential business risks and opportunities.

Compensation: 

The annual salary listed above is the expected offering for this position. An employee’s actual annual salary will be based on but not limited to: location, relevant experience/level and skillset, while balancing internal Conagra employees’ equity. Conagra Brands will comply with applicable law regarding minimum salaries for exempt employees.
