Experience working with complex cardiac patients, as well as with those with comorbid conditions (obesity, diabetes, renal, etc). Commits to Pritkin philosophy of largely plant-based diet (Mediterranean) and able to teach/coach patients at various stages of motivation. Provides consistently excellent customer service, demonstrates initiative and resourcefulness, time management and flexibility as needed. Experience with EPIC is helpful. Registered Dietitian, experience with patient consultation and diet review, BLS trained.
