Responsibilities of Team Lead:
Ensures Team Members have the necessary tools to achieve daily, weekly, monthly production goals and complete necessary paperwork.
Work hand in hand with Department Area Coordinator, other TM’s and leaders from other departments and Management for the safe and efficient operation of the facility.
Complete Stay Interviews.
Assist AC and Parts TL with lumber and parts counts daily.
Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications for candidates interested in Team Lead Position:
- Team Member (TM) MUST have 1 year of service with Clayton Supply Guin.
- TM MUST have no Written disciplinary action in last 6 months.
- TM MUST have a good attendance record (No more than a Verbal write-up on attendance at time of application).
- TM MUST have good communication skills (verbal and written).
- Demonstrates honesty and integrity. Has a strong work ethic. Displays a great attitude and models teamwork.
- Be self-motivated and take direction well.
- Has the ability to lead, guide, direct and coach team members from various backgrounds, cultures, and personalities.
