Responsibilities of Team Lead:
- Ensures Team Members have the necessary tools to achieve daily, weekly, monthly production goals and complete necessary paperwork.
- Work hand in hand with Department Area Coordinator, other TM’s and leaders from other departments and Management for the safe and efficient operation of the facility.
- Complete Stay Interviews.
- Assist AC and Parts TL with lumber and parts counts daily.
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications for candidates interested in Team Lead Position:
- Team Member (TM) MUST have 1 year of service with Clayton Supply Guin.
- TM MUST have no Written disciplinary action in last 6 months.
- TM MUST have a good attendance record (No more than a Verbal write-up on attendance at time of application).
- TM MUST have good communication skills (verbal and written).
- Demonstrates honesty and integrity. Has a strong work ethic. Displays a great attitude and models teamwork.
- Be self-motivated and take direction well.
- Has the ability to lead, guide, direct and coach team members from various backgrounds, cultures, and personalities.
