POSITION SUMMARY
10X Health is seeking a strategic and data-driven Performance Marketing Manager to lead our full-funnel paid media strategy. In this role, you will be hands-on for the entire lifecycle of paid media campaigns, from creative ideation and audience targeting to implementation and measurement. As a key contributor to the marketing team, you will define, analyze, and optimize performance metrics, ensuring campaigns are structured for maximum efficiency and significant revenue growth. You will work cross-functionally to provide actionable insights to stakeholders, continuously refining audience targeting, creative assets, and bidding strategies based on real-time data. Additionally, you will lead A/B testing initiatives, implement advanced attribution models, and stay ahead of digital advertising trends to keep 10X Health at the forefront of paid media innovation.
OBJECTIVES
- Develop and implement a comprehensive paid media strategy that aligns with 10X Health’s growth goals and delivers measurable business outcomes, including increased revenue and customer acquisition
- Actively execute and manager the entire paid media campaign process, from concept development, creative ideation, and audience targeting, to execution, launch, and proactive optimization
- Partner cross-functionally with creative, data, and product teams to optimize funnel performance, drive customer acquisition, and maximize LTV
- Establish key performance indicators, evaluate campaign effectiveness, monitor trends in utilization growth, and project engagement metrics to ensure campaigns exceed revenue targets and key metrics such as ROAS, CPA, and conversion rates
- Build and implement accurate measurement frameworks for campaign attribution and develop comprehensive reports on performance, challenges, and successes for stakeholders
- Make real-time, data-informed decisions to scale campaigns and adapt strategies to evolving business goals and market conditions
COMPETENCIES
- Proven expertise in leading and executing paid search and paid social campaigns on platforms like Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, TikTok, and LinkedIn
- Hands-on experience overseeing high-budget advertising campaigns and optimizing campaigns for ROI, conversion rates, and revenue growth
- Experience with marketing automation tools, pixel and conversion tracking, and analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMrush, HubSpot).
- Proficiency in managing targeting (Google Ads, Meta Ads), bidding strategies (CPC, CPA), and A/B testing
- Strong ability to develop and execute data-driven paid media strategies, including audience segmentation, funnel management, and creative testing
- Deep understanding of platform attribution and measurement models. Experience with attribution tools such as Hyros and Supermetrics is a plus.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to engage confidently with leadership and translate complex insights into clear, actionable strategies
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
- 3-5 years of hands-on experience in large-scale paid media campaigns execution, with a proven record of driving revenue growth through paid digital channels
- Strong familiarity with reporting and analytics platforms like Google Analytics, SEMrush, and HubSpot
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
