Aligned Performance Institute is seeking a full time Marketing Manager to join our in-house team based in Crystal Lake.
The ideal candidate will drive the creation, development, and execution of a comprehensive marketing strategy and is able to pair a deep understanding of marketing with the technology that enables it. You love finding and rolling out marketing strategies with the goal of accelerating our growth. You have a broad range of digital marketing skills including expert proficiency with email marketing, from automation to drip campaigns. We are looking for candidates with experience spearheading day-to-day digital marketing campaigns and strong marketing generalists who have recent experience with PPC ads, WordPress, and who are proficient in creating content for sales/landing pages that converts. Must also have experience working with click funnels, Infusionsoft/Keap, and Kajabi.
What we want you to do:
- Lead the Marketing Department in the development and execution of marketing initiatives, communications, and campaigns that elevate the Company brand.
- Develop a comprehensive marketing strategy and execute a sophisticated marketing plan, while effectively managing brand and reputational risk, to ensure the internal and external brand is optimally aligned with the organization’s strategic objectives.
- Conduct thorough analysis on marketing ROI and successfully develop cost effective solutions.
- Develop and implement the organization's multi-channel, multi-segment marketing campaign based on industry-leading insight.
- Spearhead the creation and maintenance of the organization's digital footprint, while effectively utilizing SEO, SEM.
- Help manage all technical projects such as funnel builds, website builds, tech integrations, and marketing tracking sheets.

- 5 years of experience in marketing leadership roles, including experience scaling a growing team, supporting C-level executives, and driving company-wide marketing strategies in partnership with cross-functional teams.
- Track record of being responsible for an annual budget with excellent performance metrics, driving compelling creative campaigns across digital channels.
- Team-player and builder who can execute and thrive in a fast-paced environment and fast-growing culture; strong decision-maker with the ability to reorient teams and drive execution cross-functionally when priorities change.
- Outstanding written and oral communication skills; a natural story teller and creative problem solver; a collaborator with a constant curiosity and a learning mentality who likes to execute on the tactics as much as setting the strategy.
- A passion for radical innovation and a deep understanding of tomorrow’s groundbreaking technologies, innovation trends, and consumer needs.
- Intrinsic drive to roll-up your sleeves and get things done; a self-starter, productive working independently or collaboratively.
- Experience with the google product suite (Gmail, google docs, google drive, sheets, slides, etc)
- Recent social media marketing experience in LinkedIn, Tik Tok, Twitter, Instagram, and Facebook, including both organic and pay-per-click marketing.
- Graphic Arts experience is a huge plus!

The selected candidate will be hired as a full-time employee (W-2), not an independent contractor (1099). Salary range is $65,000-$75,000 annually depending on experience. We are a growing organization and are looking for someone that is excited to partner with us and is interested in a long-term role with our company.
