POSITION SUMMARY
As the Senior Director of Analytics for 10X Health, you will be the visionary leader driving our data strategy. You will leverage data to transform customer experiences, improve health outcomes, and drive our business growth. Your expertise will transform data into strategic insights, enabling us to deliver personalized wellness solutions and maintain a competitive edge in the market. In this high-impact role, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate data-driven decisions across all aspects of our operations, ensuring we continuously innovate and improve our services. OBJECTIVES
- Align talent and resources to support organizational needs by leveraging data to achieve strategic objectives and improve business performance
- Lead the planning and execution of enterprise-wide analytics projects and strategic initiatives, translating business goals into actionable solutions
- Manage stakeholder expectations, requirements gathering, testing, deployment, and user adoption
- Support customer engagement and satisfaction by maintaining effective communication and transparency of work and deliverables with core stakeholders
- Shape the customer experience through high-quality experimental design, hypothesis testing, and tailored recommendations based on demographic, behavioral, and psychographic data
- Build and develop reports, dashboards, and tools using SQL, SSRS, QlikView, and other relevant tools to rapidly deliver data-driven insights and recommendations
- Conduct deep-dive analyses to answer specific business questions and provide actionable recommendations to product, marketing, and operational teams
- Partner cross-functionally at all levels of the organization and effectively communicate findings and insights to non-technical business partners
- Facilitate cross-team project collaboration between various business units including IT, Finance, Supply Chain, Clinical Operations, and Sales
- Work closely with product managers, growth leads, and marketing managers to build best-in-class customer experiences
- Design and execute processes and procedures to continuously improve data quality and integrity
- Proactively identify issues at every step and coordinate the implementation of required fixes
- Optimize resource allocation and reduce costs through efficient data management and analysis
- Mentor, manage, and ensure the continuous development of a team of analysts
- Lead, coach, and influence team members through on-the-job training, troubleshooting, and handling escalations
- Serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) on different projects for specific products, processes, or applications
- Performs other duties as assigned and modified at manager’s discretion
