Title: Marketing Intern
11:11 Systems is looking for a part-time Marketing Intern to support our various marketing efforts. The right candidate will work closely with the marketing staff to execute marketing strategies, initiatives, and campaigns.
Responsibilities
- Report on performance of market development funded (MDF) programs
- Conduct research on marketing contacts and lead lists and prepare lists for uploading into marketing automation platform
- Conduct research to identify prospect companies for the sales team and provide those companies to demand generation for follow up
- Help organize and maintain the marketing budget and assist with invoice tracking
- Assist on specific campaign efforts including building marketing emails and landing pages
- Monthly website performance reporting
- Conduct other marketing duties as needed
Requirements
- Excellent oral and communication skills
- Expertise in using social media platforms for branding purposes as well as related support/scheduling programs: Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, Pinterest, Hootsuite, Photoshop
- Familiarity with online marketing strategies and marketing channels
- Ability to grasp future trends and act proactively
- Experience building social media assets like gifs, images and polls
- A strong ability to perform independently while working in a team environment
- Proactive, energetic and have excellent follow through skills
- Willing to work in a fast-paced, start-up environment
