*Job Overview*
We are seeking a highlyorganized and detail-oriented administrative assistant to support our property management team.
The ideal candidate will assist with administrative tasks, tenant relations, lease processing, and general office duties as inventories to ensure efficient operation.
*Key Responsibilities*
Administrative support:
-Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and inquiries from current tenants, prospectives, vendors, and property owners.
- Manage and monitor inventory levels, receive and store incoming materials, count and update existing stock, and adjust stock levels as needed.
- Keep records and reports up to date and accurate. Reconcile discrepancies between physical counts and computer records.
- Organize and manage office paperwork. Maintain filling systems and ensure the proper retention, protection, and disposal of records. Manage data entry and other record-keeping tasks.
- Provide support to staff and management, including handling correspondence. Manage communication channels with the property manager and maintenance staff.
- Ensure a safe and clean work environment.

-assisting with lease applications, renewals, and terminations.
-Processing rental payments and tracking Delinquencies.
_Coordinating tenants' move-ins and move-outs.
-Addressing tenant's concerns and directing them to the appropriate departments.
-Scheduling maintenance requests, following up on repairs, and communicating with vendors.
- Perform other duties as needed to help improve our business and management.
*Requirements*
- Proven experience in computing, bookkeeping, time management, organization, communication, numeracy, and file clerking.
- Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and flexible problem-solving skills.
- Excellent organizing skills.
