ROLE SUMMARY: As the Senior Manager, Digital Connections you are responsible for the health & impact of Anheuser-Busch’s digital marketing ecosystem, along with developing the roadmap for its future. This role requires being a cross-functional connector & collaborator across marketing, sales & technology: From paid to earned to owned channels and everything in between, the Sr. Manager will help define the company’s digital marketing strategy, ensuring A-B is meeting consumer demands online while delivering upon aligned business impact. The Sr. Manager is responsible for ensuring governance across brand marketing digital efforts, while having a strong focus on measurement & analytics to define new benchmarks and standard methodologies across websites, e-mail marketing, sweepstakes, digital platforms, SMS communications, consumer data capture and more. We are looking for a strategic problem solver with a passion for digital trends and what that means in the short, medium and long-term. You should be comfortable diving into analytics, unlocking consumer insights, and optimizing campaigns. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and think digital-first, we want to hear from you. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: Develop and implement the organization’s digital marketing strategy that integrates all digital channels, ensuring alignment with both portfolio-wide and specific brands’ goals Work with both U.S. and Global Marketing Capabilities teams to codify and train the organization on the Digital Marketing strategy Work with both U.S. and Global Marketing Technology to refine our AI strategy with a focus on consumer connections & marketing Work with our Media team on aligning campaign journeys based on consumer response & testing Partner with creative teams (including in-house agency DraftLine) to develop performance creative standard methodologies for our owned channels Develop and optimize our endpoint strategy for upper, mid and lower-funnel campaigns Analyze performance data, driven insights, and consumer trends to refine strategies and improve return on investment Consult brand partners as a subject matter authority across digital trends, new technologies & generative artificial intelligence Collaborate with data and insights teams to build audience-first targeting strategies and measurement frameworks JOB QUALIFICATONS: 5-7 years of marketing experience, preferably with experience in heavily regulated industries (Bev Alc, Pharma or other) or the CPG space in a heavily matrixed organization Strong knowledge of digital marketing platforms, media/campaign evaluation, and brand health tracking Prior experience managing digital marketing agencies & technology teams Experience working with generative artificial intelligence in a marketing capacity Strong analytical skills. Can interpret data to create actionable insights. Ability to lead and manage parallel projects and work effectively with multiple partners. A natural collaborator who thrives in fast-paced, cross-functional environments.
