This role can be based in Panama, or any of the CCA countries.

The CCA Cluster Head role is fundamental to lead the TTS Business in 10 countries throughout the cluster. This person will develop, implement and execute the TTS business strategy in alignment with the TTS product pillars (Liquidity Management Services, Payments, Trade and Platforms and Data Services); while ensuring the maintenance of a pristine risk and control environment.

The role leads the TTS´ clients´ sales origination, pipeline development, client revenue growth and retention for parent companies and subsidiaries in the cluster.

This role focuses on leading the TTS business in 10 countries throughout the CCA Cluster (Guatemala, El Salvador, Honduras, Costa Rica, Panama, Bahamas, Jamaica, Dominican Republic, Puerto Rico, Trinidad and Tobago), successfully develop and execute the strategy and plans for growing the TTS franchise in the Cluster. The role leads the CCA TTS clients’ sales origination, pipeline development, client revenue growth and retention for parent companies and subsidiaries in the cluster, including some of our largest and most complex clients in Latin America. Success is measured in part by the strong collaboration and partnership with the Global Banking organization (including the Global Network Banking Group-GNB), along with the TTS Sales team members, cross functional TTS partners and GNB relationship managers globally. The CCA Cluster TTS and CCPS Head will also lead the definition and execution of the TTS strategy in coordination with the Regional TTS Product Pillars Heads across the cluster.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop, implement and execute business strategy to support our organic and inorganic growth targets.

- Partner with senior members of the TTS Regional Team, building and maintaining strong partnership among the CCA Cluster and Business Heads to ensure full alignment.                                                            -Deliver the financial commitments in a fast-growing region – drive a balanced scorecard

-Grow the underlying business drivers – maximizing returns

- In alignment with the Regional Product Heads ensure product superiority and profitability of current products and new product development and launching in key CCA markets

 -Partner with Operations & Technology to assure product delivery within standards and to reengineer existing products to gain efficiency and market expansion.

- Be the senior TTS CCA Sales Head and lead for all region clients assigned to portfolio and escalation point for all important matters for the portfolio of clients

- Support inbound / outbound opportunities of the sector with key Latin America parented customers expanding globally across regions helping to meet their global TTS needs

- Drive TTS Sales processes and sales disciplines, including customer needs analysis, budgeting, wallet sizing, account planning, and ICG relationship reviews

- Work in collaboration with partners in Client Operations, Client Experience, Implementation, Technology and Product and Market Management and the Client Success team to contribute towards positive Voice of the Client results

-Responsible for developing and executing comprehensive mid to long-term sales plans /strategies and joint calls in partnership with TTS Product and Banking, measured through sales goals, deal profitability and client experience

- Drive (Country/Cluster) Results based on Key measures: Revenue, Pipeline, Wins and Origination growth as well as ensure call intensity

 -Create and strengthen a “One Citi” environment to maximize the cross-sell potential of the firm

- Drive overall customer centric experience initiative. Senior lead and contact for our key customers

- Expand TTS market presence through customer events, media, speaking engagements etc.

- Ensure credit, documentation and a compliance environment, including Product Approval Programs and satisfactory ARRs. Maintain a pristine control environment.

- Ensure TTS is the “Employer of Choice” in order to attract, motivate and retain top talent. Focus on building and maintaining high performing teams. Create and maintain a diverse, inclusive and well-balanced employee population
