Job Title
In this role, you will:
Analyze customer systems and service requirements.
Identify specific actions necessary to integrate Amadeus products and services.
Establish and manage the product/solution integration schedule.
Determine and document adaptations to Amadeus products and services.
Ensure that customized products and solutions meet specified requirements.
Perform the necessary tests on the customized solution before it is delivered to the customer.
Provide functional support and problem resolution to sales and customer functional staff.
Support project activities during implementation.
Participate in system upgrades and enhancements both on customer premises and remotely.
Travel to customer sites as needed.
About the Ideal Candidate:
Bachelor's Degree or 2 years of related experience and/or training, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Excellent communication skills.
Ability to work with a moderate level of guidance and direction from a manager.
Capability to work independently or as part of a team.
Ability to work using existing procedures or guidelines and provide input to support and influence area decisions.
Ability to make recommendations on new solutions and propose improvements by analyzing different sources of information.
Familiarity with VMware, Microsoft Windows Server, SQL Server, and basic scripting skills.
Must be able to lift and carry items weighing up to 50 lbs
Willingness to travel up to 75% of the time to support North America, Central America an South America and able to pass airport security checks.
