Implementation Engineer

In this role, you will:

• Analyze customer systems and service requirements.

• Identify specific actions necessary to integrate Amadeus products and services.

• Establish and manage the product/solution integration schedule.

• Determine and document adaptations to Amadeus products and services.

• Ensure that customized products and solutions meet specified requirements.

• Perform the necessary tests on the customized solution before it is delivered to the customer.

• Provide functional support and problem resolution to sales and customer functional staff.

• Support project activities during implementation.

• Participate in system upgrades and enhancements both on customer premises and remotely.

• Travel to customer sites as needed.

About the Ideal Candidate:

• Bachelor's Degree or 2 years of related experience and/or training, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

• Excellent communication skills.

• Ability to work with a moderate level of guidance and direction from a manager.

• Capability to work independently or as part of a team.

• Ability to work using existing procedures or guidelines and provide input to support and influence area decisions.

• Ability to make recommendations on new solutions and propose improvements by analyzing different sources of information.

• Familiarity with VMware, Microsoft Windows Server, SQL Server, and basic scripting skills.

• Must be able to lift and carry items weighing up to 50 lbs

• Willingness to travel up to 75% of the time to support North America, Central America an South America and able to pass airport security checks.
