We’re looking for dedicated, honest individuals with a strong work ethic, professionalism, and the maturity to work independently. Although you won’t have constant supervision, you'll receive full support from experienced agents, our branch office, and corporate teams.
You’ll be provided with a company truck from our fleet of late-model vehicles, equipped with advanced technology that keeps you connected to both your clients and your team. We offer a steady stream of high-quality assignments, a fuel card to cover expenses, and no out-of-pocket costs for you.
As a full-time agent, your earnings are directly tied to how hard and smart you work—our top agents make over $125K annually. To ensure your success, we provide comprehensive training across all areas of the recovery business and will cover the costs of your industry certification.
Experience & Skills:
To be considered for this role, you should have a high school diploma (or equivalent), a clean driving record, and a strong work ethic—your pay will reflect the effort you put into the job.
A valid driver’s license is required, and you must pass both a background check and a drug test. Due to insurance requirements, applicants must be at least 22 years old. You should also be comfortable using a personal computer or tablet accurately and possess a positive, team-oriented attitude.
A commitment to meeting production goals is essential, and this may include working overnight shifts or occasional mandatory weekends. While prior experience in repossession, towing, or truck driving is preferred, it is not required.
