The Administrative Support Associate will be responsible for scanning, filing & entering data and documentation correctly into the company system.
Key Responsibilities:
- Scan & file documentation digitally into the company system accurately.
- Physically archive and store documentation in correct locations.
- Upload and manage data daily.
- Box up and unbox files as needed.
Requirements:
- 2 years of administrative experience
- Strong computer literacy with the ability to navigate multiple programs
- Previous experience handling sensitive documents in a timely and accurate manner
- Attention to detail and accuracy extremely important
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- High School Diploma
Schedule: Monday-Friday 8:30AM-5:00PM
