Title: Administrative Support III (Inventory Management)
Location: Monroe, OH
Duration: 12 Months (With the possibility of extension/conversion)
Pay Range: $21.43 - $23.43/hr
Mission:
- Ensuring smooth inventory flow within buildings by managing stock movement.
- Transferring inventory between sites as needed.
- Maintaining optimal inventory levels for sorting centers and warehouses, particularly device-related items.
Schedule:
- Onsite:5 days/week (Monday - Friday)
- Shift: 8 AM - 5 PM EST
- Training:The candidate will undergo two weeks of training on internal tools before working independently.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
- Primarily working on a computer, with a focus on Excel.
- Attending virtual meetings with teams in Seattle.
- Communicating effectively - sending and receiving emails, Chime, and Slack.
- Obtaining approvals for inventory removals.
- Following up on inventory removal tasks within warehouses.
- Handling client devices and related content.
- Managing a high volume of inventory (100,000 items) in and out of the warehouse.
- Ensuring strong attendance and reliability.
- Maintaining a high level of organization and attention to detail.
Top Skills Required:
- High school diploma with at least 5 years of warehouse management experience.
- Experience with cycle counting and basic warehouse inventory processes.
- Excel Proficiency - Advanced skills, including data manipulation, VLOOKUP, INDEX-MATCH,
- data sorting, filtering, and analysis.
- Proficiency in Outlook for email management, as well as familiarity with Chime and Slack.
- Ability to schedule and organize meetings efficiently.
- Strong computer navigation skills.
