Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist clients and visitors with a warm and professional demeanor.
- Answer and direct phone calls, manage emails, and respond to inquiries promptly and courteously.
- Schedule and confirm appointments, maintain the appointment calendar, and handle any changes or cancellations.
- Assist with administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, and document management.
- Use and maintain office equipment and supplies, including computers, printers, and copiers.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure a positive and efficient front desk experience.
- Proven experience in customer service, preferably in a front desk role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Willingness to travel to Springfield, Ohio, once a week.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications in customer service or office administration are a plus.
Pay: $16.50/hr
