Responsibilities:
- Operating machines to seal required products
- Boxing, labeling, and placing finished goods onto skids for inventory
- Reviewing production tickets to ensure quality (packaging, materials, labels, etc.)
- Inspect and examine products for quality after sealed and before boxed
- Packaging of products.
- Ability to meet production standards
- Recording production data on daily sheets
- Communicate with supervisors, peers, or subordinates: provide information to supervisors and co-workers in written form or in person
- Maintain a good record of attendance and punctuality
- Learn all jobs/products performed within the department
- Perform tasks assigned using specific operating procedures, and following department specific quality control processes and procedures
- Treat people with dignity and respect
- Conduct all business with integrity
- Follow all safety procedures and company policies
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Obtain 2 years of experience working in a factory/manufacturing facility.
- Proven track record of longevity (1 year at each role) in previous work history.
- Must have experience with computer skills.
- Ability to read and interpret work orders and follow detailed instructions.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Team player with good communication skills.
Pay: $17/hr
