Key Responsibilities:
- Operate and maintain equipment involved in the regeneration process, ensuring the plant runs efficiently and safely.
- Utilize your technical knowledge to identify, troubleshoot, and resolve any operational issues with plant equipment, machinery, or systems.
- Monitor and maintain the quality of the products and services provided by the regeneration plant. Conduct regular inspections and ensure adherence to regulatory standards.
- Contribute to continuous improvements in plant operations by recommending enhancements to increase efficiency and reduce downtime.
- Follow and enforce strict safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and your colleagues.
- Work closely with other plant personnel, including engineers and management, to ensure seamless operations and resolve any technical issues promptly.
Qualifications:
- Experience in plant operations, regeneration processes, or mechanical/electrical maintenance.
- Strong understanding of mechanical, electrical, and/or industrial systems with the ability to troubleshoot and repair plant equipment.
- Excellent ability to identify issues, analyze problems, and implement practical solutions.
- Collaborative with strong communication skills to work effectively with diverse teams across the plant.
- Ability to monitor and ensure the quality of operations while adhering to regulatory and company standards.
- Capable of working in a physically demanding environment, including lifting, standing, and walking for long periods.
- Strong commitment to maintaining a safe working environment, adhering to OSHA and other safety regulations.
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum of 2 years of experience working in a plant or industrial environment, with hands-on experience in regeneration, mechanical systems, or process operations.
Pay: $18/hr
