Responsibilities
- Own the full-cycle recruiting process for GTM roles, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and closing candidates.
- Partner with sales, marketing, and customer success leadership to deeply understand hiring needs and develop tailored recruitment strategies.
- Proactively build and maintain a strong talent pipeline of sales, marketing, and customer-facing professionals.
- Implement and optimize structured interviewing processes to ensure a fair, data-driven hiring experience.
- Utilize data and analytics to track key hiring metrics and continuously improve recruitment strategies.
- Act as a strategic advisor to leadership on market trends, hiring challenges, and competitive intelligence.
- Champion a world-class candidate experience, ensuring seamless communication and a strong employer brand.
- 5 years of experience in full-cycle GTM recruiting, preferably in a high-growth SaaS or AI-driven company.
- Deep expertise in sourcing and engaging passive candidates through various channels (LinkedIn, networking, referrals, etc.).
- Strong understanding of GTM functions, including sales, marketing, customer success, and revenue operations.
- Proven track record of successfully hiring top-tier GTM talent in competitive markets.
- Experience implementing structured interviewing and data-driven hiring processes.
- Exceptional relationship-building skills with hiring managers, candidates, and cross-functional partners.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment with a high level of autonomy.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
