Buyer's Agent will work together with CEO/Founder Nate Johnson in accomplishing that mission and vision. The 12:45 Team with Keller Williams Realty ranked in the top 150 real estate agents, is a high energy, highly specialized, productivity-driven Real Estate Sales Team. Our intention is to grow our market share in Virginia, Maryland, and DC each year and use our successes here to expand by using world-class operations, marketing, and lead generation hub to power agents in 12 other market centers by 2027.
Qualifications
-Prospect for buyer leads, convert leads to appointments, close for agreements, and conduct high-level fiduciary needs analyses
-Experience using Bright MLS, creating showing sheets, scheduling/conducting showings
-Knowledge of area trends, forms, and best practices
-Team-oriented individual able to grow within the organization while still putting the team’s brand first Expert level communication skills
-Ability to make personal connections with clients and make them feel like #1
-Excellent at remembering names, faces, personal details, and making conversation
-Organization and timeliness
-Follow-up and follow-through
-Must be able to take and work under direction from Lead Agent
-Access to reliable transportation
-Ability to work nights and weekends on a regular basis
