Candidate must live in Washington DC or Northern VA/MD (within 4 miles of the District

A Production Partner/REALTOR with Michael and HREA is deeply committed to ensure business is completed to high standards with maximum efficiency.

You must be a self starter driven to deliver and maintain a high degree of organization while moving at a quick pace. You must have the ability to prioritize and determine the highest use of your time and talent to attain the organization's initiatives.

You must have the ability to adapt to changing priorities and maintain flexible hours including evenings and weekends. You should be comfortable working in a start-up type environment and entrepreneurial atmosphere. Must have good interpersonal, strong written and verbal communication skills. Must always present self professionally and in-line with company brand in all situations including on social media, videos, etc. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize work. Must be self-motivated and work well under limited supervision; results oriented with a positive outlook and clear focus on high quality and business results. A natural forward thinker who critically assesses own performance. Must be able to review and comprehend detailed documents; have good attention to details, ability to maintain confidentiality and creative problem-solving skills. Mature, credible, reliable, tolerant and determined. Must be able to speak and write clearly and effectively, reason through issues and deal with clients, general public, other Realtors, business affiliates, vendors, inspectors, appraisers, lenders, settlement agents, etc. Sufficiently mobile and flexible to travel around the Washington, DC Area. Keen for new experience, responsibility and accountability. Good organizational and project management abilities. Great ability to focus, Concerned about doing things the right way, Calm under pressure, Learning based and Service-based attitude, Proven ability to succeed and Tech Savvy (or quick to learn). Must be willing to get licensed in DC, MD and Virginia afer three months of employment.

Production Partner/REALTOR example responsibilities & commitments:

  • Provide a concierge-level of customer experience across all business platforms
  • Respond to incoming leads & on-line inquiries quickly & effectively following team protocols
  • Prospect & help with lead generation
  • Set Buyer Consult & Listing appointments for Team Leader
  • Prepare for Showing Appointments (eg. preview property, familiarize yourself with listing, neighborhood, run CMA report, etc.)
  • Schedule & show property
  • Hold 2 Open Houses a month
  • Attend inspections, walk-throughs, settlements, listing prep, photo/video shoots, staging, etc.

Project manager for listings including coordinating contractors, staging, vendors for listings

  • Enter all prospects in Company’s CRM System (Client Relationship Management)
  • Document all call & conversations with detailed notes in Company’s CRM
  • Document & Record Appointments on Company Shared Calendar & in CRM
  • Write & negotiate contracts
  • Routine follow-up with prospects & clients
  • Provide weekly communication with Leadership
  • Attend team meetings & trainings
  • Answer & return incoming calls/texts/emails promptly using team protocols
  • Maintain team office hours to effectively serve clients
  • Communicate schedule changes with Leadership & HR and document on Team Shared Calendar
  • Understand the transaction process
  • Understand & review financial & closing statements for accuracy & make corrections as needed before approval for closing
  • CRM management, phone, text & email management
  • Assist & participate in meetings & client events
  • Keep Leadership informed regarding challenges & issues that need to be handled
  • Notify Leadership immediately if too many prospects /leads to handle
  • Return overflow of leads to Team if can not keep up with follow up & appointments
  • Hold self accountable for production & result
  • Always present self in professional manner including on social media & in videos

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year

Schedule:

  • Day shift
  • Monday to Friday
