Job Description
What an intern can expect:
- An introduction to Invesco Real Estate, its employees, history, philosophy, and all aspects of its business divisions by working alongside experienced professionals in their respective specialties.
- Summer programming inclusive of lunch and learns, one-on-one conversations with IRE professionals, asset site visits and a summer case study project.
Key Responsibilities / Duties:
- Helping associates within transactions and investment management with financial modeling (ARGUS and excel models), investment analysis, and portfolio monitoring
- Completing tasks and projects that aid the groups in carrying out day-to-day and longer-term dealings
- Assist in transaction and business execution and the due diligence process for various product types
- Working on presentations, memoranda, research, and new business opportunities
Qualifications:
- Must be pursuing a bachelor’s degree and graduating summer 2026 with a minimum GPA of 3.2 on a 4.0 scale
- Strong analytical/quantitative and technical abilities, organizational skills, and attention to detail
- Demonstrated interest in finance, economics, and capital markets
- Strong leadership, initiative, and interpersonal skills; entrepreneurial and creative mindset
- Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently
- High energy with an ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
- Authorization to work in the U.S.

The total compensation offered for this position will vary based on skills, experience and location. The salary range for this position in New York City is $30 - 40/hour
