As a Regional Portfolio Director at Bryten Real Estate Partners, you will play a critical role in driving business growth, managing teams, and achieving exceptional results in our dynamic portfolio. This key role involves overseeing the performance of multiple assets, leading high-performing teams, and developing strategies to drive occupancy and revenue growth. You will work closely with our leadership team to set goals, prioritize initiatives, and allocate resources to achieve outstanding results.
Responsibilities
* Manage Asset Directors and Community Managers to deliver exceptional results in all aspects of company and property operations
* Develop and implement comprehensive training programs for on-site teams, including lease-up processes, office setup, reporting procedures, and more
* Travel to site offices, inspect field operations, and review reports prepared by subordinate managers to ensure progress and identify areas for improvement
* Recruit, select, and place qualified personnel to meet staffing levels established for each assigned portfolio and community
* Ensure thorough review with Community Managers to implement approved budgets and maintain efficiency and profitability
Requirements
* Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field preferred; high school education or equivalent required
* 4 years of experience in related fields, including management of staff
* Strong financial and asset management abilities, solid time management skills, and a dynamic leadership style
* Ability to read and write English fluently, accurately perform basic to intermediate mathematical functions, and effectively communicate, train, and motivate teams
* Self-motivated, independent thinker with strong team relationships, calm crisis manager, and conflict resolution skills
* Ability to follow and enforce policies and procedures, strong administrative, organizational, and communication skills, and a positive professional image supporting customer service orientation
* Knowledge of on-site maintenance requirements, working knowledge of MS Office Suite, and Property Management Software database experience
